Cheyenne is a modern city with a taste of the wild west.

Hear tales of our unbridled railroad and wild west beginnings from gunfights to brothels and vigilantes. Departing from the historic Depot Building~ a National Landmark,  in the heart of downtown Cheyenne. The journey takes you through Cheyenne's historic districts, providing a fascinating glimpse of the areas heritage. See where the gunfights occurred and where Wild Bill Hickok hung out. It is said that the Depot and Capitol buildings face each other so they could keep an eye on each other! Today the Governor's seat is occupied by Mark Gordon, but Wyoming was the first state to have a woman in that chair. The weekday trolley tours operate as a loop tour, so if you choose to disembark at any of our great attractions along the way the trolley will be back by to pick you up (the on/off feature may not be available in covid times). See the schedule for stops & times.
